ya know the reason they say 100+ hours of gameplay is because it takes ya 100+ hours just to get enough Conch shells to get all your characters a helm & breather unless I'm missin something

Hello Brystal Blades! I read recently on this board that once you get a load of three shells you can click to different characters while talking to the guy who needs the shells to make breathers and he will credit you for having more than one load and make lots of breathers. I never tried it, but someone said it works great. Let me know if you try it and it works for you.

Also, you can turn up your monster spawn to frequent in the game options menu and hang around in the water outside Brimloch to see if you get more crabs.

Yeah you can click different characters to do that but only if you havent used the patch yet otherwise you get stuck listening to the fool till he is done b4 you can click anything again =(

I was allready patched at that point,so I set the spawn to high and kept checking around the dock.If there wasn't anything i just poped back in and out of brimlock and checked again.

Having a scout helps. I just sailed around in my ship and whenever my scout said there were crabs nearby, we'd jump over board and look for them. I never experienced any difficulty finding shells.

something very strange happened though... when I was fighting them, I noticed that I wasn't drowning....after they were defeated.... I started to drown...

I have been looking for them for ages now. I killed about 50 sharks and 50 eels but have only seen 6 crabs and only got 3 shells. argghhhh
