Ok, I've come to like pixies now but the problem is, what could you possibly name a pixie other than Tinkerbel? And that doesn't exactly fit a male pixie... Has anyone else had similar problems or am I just too bad with names?

ps If you know of any names, could you post them here? Thanks bunches! Asking this makes me feel pretty stupid..... oh well http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

How mixilpic (sp)from superman?

I don't know of any pixie names from books or other sources, but I usually make up my names based on how it sounds. To me, they should also be short names. I cannot imagine a pixie named Alaxander Andropolous. Some of the names I have uses are Errati, Farro, Shaazi, Shen, and Elroti.

How about "Aphreet"--I think an aphreet (sp) was like an arabian spirit or something like that

How about "Thumbelina"?, Tom Thumb?, Thomikar Thumborandish?, ok, maaaybe not that one. :-D I tend to think of Pixies in terms of plant life, myself.

Desidorus? nah, sounds like a dinosaur.

Florus, and Flora?

Floridas, and Florinina?

How about Mantrap, and Jungle Lilly? Oh, wait I think those are taken already.

LOL In case you haven't noticed, I like to have fun with the names. I don't take it too seriously. Hmmm...How about Moon Unit? or Dweezel? LOL

Only tried one Pixie - she was a she, and predictably named Tinkerbell http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif.
