i used the magic lamp for about 15 time for my three char..but my ratling just cant make it for even 1..pls help

Is the the last character in the list?

If so, have one of the other characters "use" it on him, then when the Djinn appears, immediately switch to your ratling. He'll get the benefit. (It depends on who's talking to the Djinn, not who used the lamp.)
