do you have the manuel? it tells you all of the trait and how they work in there
if that site on one of you other post doesnt help all type them out for you.

I think if you sell the wand to a store and then buy it back, it will be recharged. I've never bothered to do this so I don't know from first hand experience but other items (which can be invoked) get recharged when you sell them to a store, so I think this should work on the wand as well.
