ICQ is a chat program. I guess like instant messenger etc...but i think better.

I like ICQ better too!! Maybe that is just because I have used it longer, but I find I have fewer problems and less spam with ICQ than I do with Yahoo Messenger (I don't do AOL http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif ) These days, my problem it to remember to even turn ICQ on! LOL!! (I log in these days via our local net so it isn't set up to automatically turn on when I log online).
