To be honest I already uninstalled and re-installed it once for the Inn bug, but I can´t seem to get it working. Perhaps I´m just TOO honest? LoL

I have a patched version and I can still generate oodles of cash using the genie lamp bug. If you invoke it, drop it and then wish for armour or a sword you can make a tidy profit. If you drop it quick enough you can keep invoking it and if he starts complaining try using to a different character.

you can make gold in Valeia (or any city) by having one of your characters join the warriors guild. In the guild you can buy willow arrows + 1 and sell them back at more than you paid for them. In the Bushio Dojo, they also sell arrows that you can sell back at more than you paid more them.
