Does anyone know where I can find a list of stats for the various enemies in BG?

Check the post called "Can I get a list of quests?" on page 2. It has everything (the link) and might also have the info you are looking for.

On the back couple pages of your manual there is a list too.

Wasn't Mems posting stats of enemies a while back? Talking to him may be of some use.

I've err mislaid the manual....are you sure it gave a listing of all the enemy characters (I don't mean monsters or the recruitable npcs). I had a look at the site Jan suggested and its a very good resource - thanks Jan. However it didn't really have what I was looking for (unless I missed something). The nearest was the BG game guide which gave level and hp for alot (but not all) the characters in the walkthrough. However since I'm still on my first game I'd like to avoid walkthroughs. All I want is a table or something similar that lists the attributes of the various bad (and not so bad) guys that try to kill you during the game. Also I did a quick search through the archive but all I found was some talk about saveroks stats. I just find it quite suprising that there are comprehensive lists of recriutable NPCs, spells, weapons, monsters and magical items but no details on some of the more colourful characters in BG.

You might have to look for a monster manual but where you can find a copi (unless you buy it) beats me.

You might try kekke's baldur's gate page, just type that into a search engine. It only has a list of the monsters, but it says what sort of special abilities they have as well. Hope it Helps:)
