Does anyone know where Grude Morde is? Or the member of the black hand that is plotting against the bushi dojo? I'm about ready to leave Ishad Na, but I'd like to complete these two quests before I do.

Shrew Chisi (the Black Hand Assassin) is in a clearing to the northwest of the big lake, just west of the area where you find the Boogre Caves.

Grue Morde is on the other side of Dragonspire on the way to Brimloch Roon, as is Brahmar, the Bandito King (the 3rd Ishad N'ha Town Hall quest). They're like within 50 yards of each other, so you may end up fighting them at the same time!
