I have 4 of the evil elements
Idol of Darkness
tusk of lust
Light of Death
Paw of Contajion

What am I missing and where is it???

You've got to get the Face of Corruption from the Armory, Mr-Eiz. You have to do something to get that skeleton behind the bars to "yank his chain"!
