Ok, what are these things with the breath that wipes out my entire party before are even know they are there? Usually when I'm battling redlegs. how do I get around them or prevent them from wiping me out?

Look under the post I have listed as man traps (ok I got the name wrong but they
DO kill you , and good.) it seems one of the best things to do is get up a few levles (and in my case learn to spell..*sigh*) and gain a few more distant spells. in the mean time, keep an eye out for them and RUN. lol

but for a 'few' off the subject post, giggle, under the 'man trap' post, others have a lot of good, tho I fear not easy..nothing easy about those buggers, hints and help.

Those are the toughest monsters in the game. even tougher than lord cet himself.

Worth roughly 11,600 EX for each Mantrap - divide that among your party - not nearly enough for how hard they are!!
