I encountered Karah and Cet before I had holy water to give to Karah. Now when I return to her and give her holy water she says "This will do nothing". I also cannot get into cets tomb using the two keys. Any ideas besides restoring an old saved game?

You have to wait until she asks for it again. She asks every few intervals or so. Otherwise, she won't take it.

Also: make sure you're in "Give" mode instead of "Use" mode. I had to try several times first time I played until I figured that out.

You have to beat on her for a while,then she will look normal for a few seconds.During the time she looks normal it will work.If you are too slow she heals herself and goes ugly again,then you just try again.
