Although I'am just in the beginning of the game, I would like to know if only 1 Character can ascend to a Zen-Master or maybe 2 or 3??

And what is about the Valkyrie and the Assasin ?? Only 1 of the 6 Characters or is it possible that my party looks in the end of the game like that:
2 x Zen, 2 x Valkyrie, 2 x Assasin ??

You can only get 1 zenmaster and valkerye per play through. It is possible to get multiple assassins. There is a trick to it. When you meet Scantril ask again and someone will give you all the details.

You can get multiple Zenmasters, too. Just give the Tomes to another character while the Sinsei is talking (before you accept the ascension).

AFAIK, since Valkyrie requires the burning of the heart in the Black Fire, you can only have 1 Valkyrie in the game.
