i read that thing on the ubb code or whatever but that didnt help much..
can you tell me how to put pics on the posts?

The picture in question has to be on the web somewhere, then it is just a matter of putting the address between the UBB codes: [img] [/img]

[img] www.blahblah.com/mypic.gif [/img] WITHOUT the spaces.

If you don't have a place online to post pictures - say so and we'll ferret out a solution for you!

so does it work the same if i would want to put those little moving pictures that i see in the examiner?

Wiz - check out the graphics library - there are lots of small smiley graphics that you can include with just a :smileyname: code!
