so when you bless it has nothing to do with the artifacts
so it's just blessing
now if I understand you can only have 12 blessing or 12 enchants on an item right or like 6 blessing and 6 enchant??

Yes, Madhatter...unless the item already has a blessing or enchantment on it (like +1 something).

Zenmasters, once they get the Enlightenment trait, can put 14 blessings/enchantments on something! Something to look forward to.
