Right, having sorted out that matter of personal honour I shall now endevour to supply a serious answer. When you get an artifact spell (there's one for each of the six schools of magic) and have learnt the appropriate trait and skill from the appropriate guild (the Mages guild teaches the trait and skill that let you enchant items and the temple teaches the ones that let you bless them) you'll be able to use the apprporpiate button when in the right establishment. Then up comes a normal trading bar with all of the items that you can enchant (or bless). A single left mouse click on one of these will bring up a list of the different modifications that you can make to such an item. After chosing you're prefered alterations you will be prompted to name the item (ex. Telar's Irontoe Boots) with the items default name there in case you can't be bothered. If that all sounded a bit technical it won't by the time that you can actually do it http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...iles/smile.gif.

Ye stars and Firestones, Balgin, it's not a race! http://www.tgeweb.com/ironworks/cgi-...miles/wink.gif I think it's hilarious when Wyvern and I post simultaneously...and our answers are the same to a "T". Great Minds Think Alike, you know..
