can you read books at all ?

i have a few books in inv before i start over i wanna check if you can read them at all my wizards are hight on level

If they are spell book that your character can learn, you should be able to read and then learn the spell. If it is a spell type that they cannot learn, you will not be able to read the book. There are also other types of books in the game too. It doesn't hurt to try reading them.
