This is odd. I picked up Minsc, headed towards the Gnoll Stonghold to get Dynaheir. Well, stuff happened, we got delayed, and ..well, Minsc got killed, we went to a temple and revived him and he attacked me for delaying the move to get Dynahier. We left the temple with Minsc alive and with Dynahier in tow. Minsc now won't talk to us and won't rejoin. The bastard doesn't even care that I rescued his witch while HE was having a prolonged hissy fit ! What gives here ?

Try letting Dynahier go near Minsc and then asking her to rejoin. She should still join and you may get Minsc again. If not, Oh Well!!

It´s the game design, isn´t it impossible to get him join if you delayed the rescuing and he turned hostile. Even Dynaheirs charisma doesn't help. Tough luck.
