Is there a point to stay in warrior before switch to other elit classes?
for a wizard, yes, but for a warrior?

Is there a point to sewitch rouge to bard before neja? Is neja the only destiny for rouge?

No, If you go to a guild and look at the classes button, any thing you see you can change to. You cannot go back though. I have been every class except bard, and all with the same character.

Warriors and Rogues can be switched to other classes far earlier than the magic users. Rogues have a number of choices for career though some of them will not allow them to use lock picks. Fortunately there are not too many times in the game that you actually need to use lock picks and most of those seemed to be earlier in the game.

Sounds good!
You should be able to train your Ninja up in lockpicking too if you ever need to but the only high level lock in the game is a 12 I think and you can use level 5 lockpicks that you can buy in Brimloch Roon to pick it since using it will up your character's skill to 13 (for that one time use).

I too skipped the Bard..had a Rogue/Ninja/Assassin! The best character in my party!
