whats the writ?
a scout mine person said i need it to get in.
where can i get 1?

A writ looks like one of those "special" scroll.

You can find it north of the Stout Mines in a cul de sac within the woods. You should find a chest and a burnt body - the writ is on the body.

Two ways to get a writ:

1) Near the burned body north of the mines.
2) Bribe Pastolio at the entrance to the Stout Mines with Boogre Brew.

You can buy it at the bar in the Boogre dungeon. That is the neatest dungeon of all, according to me. Check it out!

The Boogre Caves are north northwest of Ishad N'ha - on the north side of the lake in that direction! Fun dungeon!
