Hi all! I am almost finished with the snake temple, but after i use the incences,wand, spider goo, and book then jump down the snakes throat I get stuck! I just sit there and spin around! Is this a glitch or is it supposed to happen? Please help!

This has been a common problem.

Try restoring your game and when you flip the lever "look down" and see if that helps.

There are a few people that have had this trouble. Some have tried jumping around, which has worked for a few. The other option is to restart from a saved game. There is another post earlier on with this same subject. I will try and find.

I feel your pain. The Brown Square was not killed as we thought. It seeks anothers life essence

This is what I tried in my 24 days of the same problem
ALL were unsuccesful!
1. Put party in size order from smallest to largest
2. Jump before dropping down
3. Download patch
4. cast vanish spell on the brown square to teleport further down the shute

what DID work was to invoke the mighty spell 'Grovel on knees to Thje Gods of the Gael Serran' these deities travel under the names of Wyv and Rick. After 3 weeks and approx 200 reloads I emailed my save game to them and lo! They fell thru the chute sans probleme, leaving me releaved and shamed.
