If you have the holy signet ring, talk to the oracles until you run out of new words to talk to them with. One of those subjects will open the west end of the cave tunnel and then you can go on to Ishad N'ha.

When you spoke to the oracles did you click on the word "Destiny" in your word list?
This prompts them (provided you have the ring, The Signet of The Mavin), to open the passage to Ishad N'ha that would be to your left (west) as you face them.
