I went back through gauntlet to 2nd idol to gain traits etc. but I can't seem to do use,give boogre brew to effect any reaction. What am I doing wrong. I'm wondering if Boogrism is effecting me!

Try getting closer to the idol. "Use" the Boogre Brew on the idol.

The text flew by so fast that I did not know what my characters were getting but you hear a noise when it works, kinda like an electronic "swoosh" if I remember right.
