I have completed Anapheis's shrine... went back to go to lost sea and the giant elevating rock wont come back down to get me back to shrine? Help..??

You don't get to the Lost Sea from the area where you talk to Kerah.
THat is just a small enclosed area that goes nowhere.

Have you raised Anephas?? Once you talk to him a door in a "ruined" room, not far from Anephas, will open and THAT is the way to the Lost Sea!
