I just realised that i've never seen this trait offered anywhere, i'm level 7 in the bushi dojo, warriors guild and priests guild. does one have to have been a monk to get it? because that would be the reason...any help would be appreciated.

Only monks/Zenmasters can get it...but you have to have the patch, or it won't work. So if you're playing without the patch, don't bother.

Thanks Saz, i thought that might be it. i was going to make my warlock a monk to strengthen him up a bit after i had all the spells i wanted, but got annoyed waiting for the 2 days to go so i went ninja instead. maybe i'll try that 2nd time through.
and yes i am using the patch, haven't actually played the game without it.
