Well I got the quest from the Toad Shaman, and I went to the area and killed the 4 minions of Scabban, but when I come back to the Toad Shaman, he still thinks I have not completed the quest.

Any ideas?

Yep with all characters... gained 5 hps each.

Must be some silly thing - go back to the totem area and walk around and examine everything and then come back to Shinwiki. Something isn't triggering and hopefully another walkabout will take care of that!

Did you get the reward offer from Shinwiki ? He asks you for help first and sometimes you need to talk to him a lot before he makes the reward offer.

My husband and I both had this problem. Shinwiki wouldn't recognize when the evils were killed. After my husband reset his adventures, Shinwiki did recognize the quest. I'm about to reset and I'm hoping he'll recognize it this time. We did get the reward offer. Is the patch supposed to take care of all these stupid little glitches? We haven't installed it--we really like that gold-doubling trick--but I'm starting to wonder if I should.
