I finished the game, but decided to go back to the Cet's Tomb and get the Tome of Earth. Unfortunately, once I found it, I realized that I can't seem to get back out. Can anyone help me?

This is a known "bug", but one that the patch is supposed to correct for. You can try installing the patch, or reverting to a save game. If you already copied over a save game, "revert" the adventure back to town, then install the patch.
