I have the Artifact of Vine and Artifact of Spirit But I dont know How to use them! Plz Tell me soon!

Your Priest/Wizard characters may train in Cabalism and Occult in their respective guilds.
This allows them to start training in Enchanting and Blessing skills.
The higher the skill, the more you can enchant or bless an item.
Don't remember if there is a level requirement to learn the traits but you will see them in training options when in the guilds.
