If you want All your Heros to get the reward even multipal times ( ONLY WORKS IN TOWN HALL!) just keep clicking on a different hero (I suggest you start on the person at the top and go down them back up back down etc.)( YOU MUST START THIS RIGHT AWAY WHEN YOU ENTER!) and he will keep saying Hi (or whatever) and then he will give each person the reward(note: this take alog time!)and everyone gets the reward and exp.

Yep, this only works without the patch, though...but it will work in the guilds, too. You can get up to 64 times the reward and XP on each guild quest for everyone who does it. Max clicks allowed does seem to be 64.
