I read somewhere that there is supposed to be a Necromancer who you can give human bodies. If so, where?

He is in the first area of Baldurs Gate,I mean the area where you get when you walk through the gate.If I can remember right, looking from the map,he is under the elfsong in a house. But as far as I can remember,he took only one body from me.

he takes a body from you then you kill him to complete the quest for the other necromancer woman in BG and nick his amulet, take it to her and then i think kill her for some other quest (and to get the amulet back plus shes a pain in the rear end anyway)

Slow down! Can anyone explain this in more detail?
What are the quests? I am doing quests in Baldurs Gate right now so I wonder if there are any more quests people usually miss, since I have never heard of this one before?

The male necromancer that wants a body lives in the area where you first enter - he lives in last one of the row of houses in the bottom of the screen - get one from the sewers

The female necromancer lives next door - but that is on the next map. She wants the male necro's amulet

The cleric in Sorcerous Sundries (next to the owner) want both the amulet and the ring from the female necro.

Hope this helps.

P.S. In case that you are afraid to miss quests - go into every house (even the locked ones) and talk to everybody that has a name - it's the only way to be sure.

That'll sure take time...though I have partially tried this, it si hard if you can't remember where you got the quest if you have got what you need for it's completion...:)

ah btw some people may not know this though its relatively obvious

also go into houses that have no visible entrances, hold your mouse cursor over where the door should be until the door symbol appears then enter, lots of houses with good quests are like this

There's also at least one person who doesn't have a name, and yet gives you a quest. Talk to every Noblewoman you see.

Grungi 11-14-2002 07:29 AM

yeah theres a noblewoman who wants some guy killed i think
