I checked old posts, but when I search, it puts up a hundred useless posts, tough to sort through them all...This is my second time through (stopped halfway to play again without money cheat), and I am trying to get guild ranks as fast as possible...so several questions
1) Where is Doshi-Gin? After Boogre caves?
2) Where is band of boars? In Boogre cave?
3) Where do I find out about Grunaxe? In Dragon Spire?
4) Does character level have anything with which traits are available? Or just guild level and class.

1) Doshi-gin is after the B. Caves . . . the room that takes the sticks to climb out . . . one exit leads out the back door where you get to play with Doshi-gin - the other is the real out.
2) On your way out the real out there is a chest where you find the band.
3) Grunaxe is also in the B. Caves . . .
4) Wyv? carg?

Molva: Both character level and guild status have to do with the traits you get. For example: a Zenmaster must be level 7 in the Bushi Guild to get most of the good traits, but can only get Chi Master when s/he's level 12 and Enlightenment at level 18. I think most traits are dependent on guild status more than character level, but there are a few out there that defy convention.

And about character level vs. guild level: just forget about the first influencing traits; until now there are only 2 traits known that have character level requirements, and they are really only available after finishing the game.
