First, hello everyone. Many thanks for all your hints. I finally decided to join. I have almost finished the game but haven't found a way to become a Zenmaster or a valkrye either. Any ideas? Thanks again to everyone.

To become a zenmaster - you need to collect the four tome of the elements (fire, wind etc) and return to the dojo in Brimloch Roon.
To become a Valkyrie a female character must place the lich's heart in the black fire in Cet's pyramid - then she must return to Brimloch Roon - think she gets the promotion in both the temple and the magic shop.

Is it at that first lever in cet's pyr (past crushing plates), or is it with the library, or what?

I want to start a game with lvl 1 Zenmasters...hehe
