i figured out how to get back through to the front door, hit the button and walk sideways at the same time. i also figured out how to kill the hydra, get the mission first,i'm so stupid. now i kicked his butt, but you know what, getting the conch shells ain't easy. i have only gotten 1 and have been around the lake like five or six times. any suggestions?

Set your respawn rate to high and you'll find more Crabs and conches.

Set your monster spawn frequency to often with the lil computer icon on your screen.
I got mine swimming around the lagoon just off the dock at Brimloch Roon...everytime I circled the lagoon, there were new sharks, crabs & eels to kill.
(Just don't forget to set the spawn frequency back to average when you are done or you'll be fighting all the time! LOL)

Also let your thief try to pickpocket those shells off their backs. That way you increase your chances of getting one.
