I killed the Naga and go lift down and up but there is no key for this room with the skull lock .
How can i go back in the fresh air ??

I come to the room with the lever i use it but nothing happens the lift dont goes down what is wrong ??

Pulling the lever in the south alcove of the SW room starts the lift in the north alcove in the NE room - that's where you want to go next. Slip, the writeup of the hints section at Seastop is wrong. If your following that one Frater, taking 5 gets you to the room with the lever. Taking 6 gets you back to the SE room, and 4 again to the NE room. Then take 11 to meet the serpent caretaker, get his key, and free the remaining 2 lifts. You should be able to take it from there.

You have to go to the northernmost lift in the NE room of 4 lifts after flipping the lever in the SW room. I had a hard time trying to find that one as well.
