I think I really messed up one of my characters. I used the Blood to Gold spell on my Warlock, not realizing that it permanently takes away hit points. All she has is 4 hit points and no way will she survive anything now. Any way to reverse this spell. Please help. What can I do?

Are you using the patch??

If you are not running the patch you can use this means to increase her hit points. Save your game just outside of town. Cast toughen, or use a potion, on your character, enter town - the 10 hit points she gained will be counted as her's and will not disappear (in the UNpatched version).
If you are unable to do this, email me a zipped version of your game and I'll see if I can bring back her health!

just level up again. Hp's are generated every level. It should take care of itself.

A viable yet slow way to earn pocket money would be to cast your Fiend magic dry on Blood to Gold spells prior to earning a level...unless you've been in a Warrior class previously and have a large "bonus" to your HP maximum.
