A little halfling fella in the three old kegs in told me to watch out for some Paladin (Phal-something)who was near one of the inns by the docks. He suggested I do things by night to avoid this guy. I've been wanting to see what this guy's problem is but I can't find him. Can some one tell me where he is?

he is in the west-north part of baldurs gate (AR1100) in a tavern (x=1222,y=2230)
