YOu need the book of the servants from the sounds of it.
Did you get all 4 monkey idols and the snake idol to use in the library?? By using all 5 in the library the book of the servants will be revealed to you and will tell you the answers you need for the Snake Spirit!

Nah, all you need from Kreug is the Serpent Key to open the Serpent Holds so you can get the Serpent Idol. (pshew, say that fast 5 times!) If you didn't get the Serpent Key, and want to know the answers to the questions, scroll down for the answers:

Just answer in full to each question; that is, you must say to the spirit, "The Servant ________" (fill in the blank with the appropriate response). The order is random as well from play to play.

BTW, "the" is optional: simply replying "servant bows/dreams/waits/prays" is sufficient.
