Where is Sword of Mastus I've checked the crypt twice now and can't find it please help me. I've heard about Mavis tomb but i Can't find it anyway. In the asylum or what?

It is in one of the 4 rooms surrounded by water in back of Rethpian. You got the Marvin Signet from one of them.
