I just completed the Serpent Temple and I can't find this guy anywhere around the temple in the forest. What gives? The Wizard guild claims he's still alive.

Just "East" (?) of the path to Ishad N'ha off the river (Same side of river) is a small clearing, that's where I found the coward hiding!
