I will try to help though I'm not completely sure what it is you want to know.

Are you trying to FIND the lich? In skull castle to get to the lich go to the entrance and go up the stair straight ahead to a gate - flip the switch to open the gate and walk through the big room with the ghost warriors - take the stairs on the far side up - follow the hallway until you find stairs going down - at the bottom of the stairs is a locked door. The lich is behind that door.
