SO ya kill the clops and grab the lamp - Is this a quest item?

It's exactly what it looks like: a magic lamp with a Genie inside of it.

So rub the lamp (use it on someone) and the Genie appears and asks if you want anything. Personally I like the sword, but the ward is nice too...
