What is up with this griffin? Is it for a quest or something. Cuz I don't want to kill it, if I'm not supposed to. But, it would be fun (since it's already half dead). Turned my warrior to stone, so I thought I should repay the favor. But I seem to keep hitting Buzzards? Hehehe. So am I supposed to kill it or not?

I killed the thing, first & second times I played through -- no adverse effects either time.
