Is there a way to "cure" insanity without going back to the temple?

It seems that the cure-spell (vinecraft) doesn´t work?

Exorcism, level 7 Spirit. Restore Health apparently works too!

LOL! I just hope my newish level 5 bard stops fizzling - she must be playing too many tritones! That fizzling sound sure does sound awful... driving my Oomphaz warlock nuts...
