I got the stick and grabed the crystal out of the water. Not i cant figure what to do with it. I read the walkthrough and it said something about an elevator but i cant seem to figure out where to use it. Any detailed help would be greatly appriciated =) Thanx in advance.

Okay - from the pool room where you got the crystal (and may have given the guy a rat pie) head back towards the broken stairs. Before you reach there you will have entered a room with 4 exits. As you are facing the broken stair, on your left is a doorway. Examine the FRAME of the door (not the door itself) and you will find a depression that matches the shape of the crystal. Use it to open that door/lift.
