I've beaten Shurugeon Castle and freed D'soto's ghost. He says that soon, he will have to leave and rest and all that good junk. He asks me if I have any questions, so I ask him everything on my list but still he remains. Is he supposed to? Isn't he supposed to travel to the afterlife or something? I went into town and got the Grunaxe quest, so I asked him about that but he just told me to go and claim the Mavin. I planned on doing that anyway but am I done with all that?

*shrug* The guy just floats around the room. Never did get him to go away. But don't worry, you can continue as normal & he doesn't affect the outcome anymore.

Did he give you the shroud? This happens after Halebus is slain. Cant remember if he gives it to you or if it is in one of the two chests in H's room . . . You need the shroud to claim the Mavin.
