here are two Questions:
1. I think Soul Drain is an ability for an Vampire, am I right and were can I get it?
2. How can I see all Abilities of a character?

Can't really help you with the Soul Drain - where to get it and all. Its affect is to heal your character while inflicting damage to monsters.

On the character screen there are icons in the upper middle of the screen which represent different aspects of that character, such as inventory, spells, journal etc. One of these will show you your characters abilities. If they have more skills and traits than the screen can display, you're out of luck. The programmers didn't think to include a scrolling window to allow players access to those that have scrolled off the screen.
