I have a couple of spells that appear to be for enchanting items but I can't figure out how to use them. Any ideas?

keep doing those priest quests, after the fourth one you will get bless in the training
option. you have to be in the wizard or church giulds to bless/enchant things.

to be more precise: for blessing in the temple you need the trait cabalist (level 4), after which you can learn (and increase) the skill blessing. For enchantments at the magic shoppe you need occultist, and then enchants.
Search this forum for bless AND enchant for (a lot of) details about the best uses.
