My rogue picked up a cursed dagger and I can't figure out how to get rid of it or uncurse it. I tried to bless it in the temple but she has no bless ability and she can't hand it to my priest. Any ideas?

You had the right idea but your characters are not the ones who have to handle (haha) the problem. Go back to the temple and check the available icons there - one of them is for just such a situation. Have the priest remove the weapon for you and don't re-equip the dratted thing - it will still be cursed!

you will find lots more cursed items dont dismiss them but get them ID and look at what they do. Several cursed items are pretty powerful and the normal curse is a hit point drain most characters will regenerate (if equipped with items that help regenerate) faster than the loss.
However some of the cursed jewelry is a mystery to me, why should you want to equip the cuff of pain or whatever and lose 2 hitpoints per round. Obviously DB is catering for the S&M crowd as well.
