Forgive me if this has been asked and answered.. but I can only find three monkey idols in the serpent temple and I know I need four. Can anyone tell me all 4 locations?

Or.. is there a monkey idol as WELL as a snake idol in the area where you have to swim underwater when you first enter the temple? I only got the snake idol.
