Can anyone tell me where to find keran and the elevator. This is where i think the obelisk of light is.

In the room with the altar of Anephas there are two large statues. Try pulling those (with the carry option). One of them reveals a way that eventually leads to Kerah. (I only learned you could pull these when I jumped in a hole somewhere else, and ended up on the other side of the other statue.)
