I think there is something wrong with my solo ranger(5)/cleric(4), because she doesn't deal enough damage. She has a strength of 17, which would give her +3 to damage. She's dual wielding a masterwork bastard sword and the Heart of (charname). And she's getting her arse beaten by a few orcs! I mean, is it even possible to make 2 damage? I would think that with the strenght bonus alone, a girl with a bastard sword should do at least 4 damage. Or am I wrong? O_o

Haven't even heard of a mod like that.

Chances are you don't have it then, its part of EoU. Are you playing on HoF? Sorry I can't be of more help, this is weird.

Oh, I do have EoU, but I didn't install the "armor and shields provide dmg resistance" mod.

I suppose if the character was cursed or something, you'd have noticed.... however one thing that commonly gives ill effects without the user noticing can be a permanent blind caused by Holy Smight/Unholy Blight. Myabe it has affected your characted and thats what happened.
Check BAB, is it normally high for such level? Can the character see properly? Try restoration in a temple.

The other option is that youre hitting monsters with damage resistance. But I doubt that's he case since you'd have noticed that.

Nah, I ditched the ranger/cleric and started with a solo sorcerer. The game is just too easy with him :D

Solo sorcerers are awesome. Go dark elf with dual shortswords for a nice bonus to melee on top of unbelievable spells.
